Sheffield Toastrack

Product overview: Simple and easy-to-use cycle rack, the Sheffield Toastrack is popular with the National Cycle Associations. Storing two cycles per hoop, with multiply locking points to ensure both bikes are secure. Manufactured as a solid welded construction, this product offers greater strength due to all hoops being fixed to the frame. This rack is easy to install, just bolt to the floor and go.

•    Heavy duty construction lessens chance of damage through misuse and vandalism
•    Typically this product is surface mounted. However for outdoor public use the product can be manufactured as a root fixed option to offer additional security.
•    Centres set at 700mm as standard, but can be manufactured to wider centres if required
•    Manufactured to any size 
•    Meets BREEAM ( Building Research Establishment  Environmental Assessment Methodology)
•    Available in a variety of styles and finishes, Galvanised, Powder Coated or Stainless Steel
•    Suitable for outdoor use as well as indoor use. 

Finishes/Types Available: Hot Dip Galvanised BSEN ISO 1461:9001 or Powder coated to European Standards BSEN13438 and BSDEN15773.

Materials: Lower rails are fabricated from 50 x 25 x 2.5mm mild steel box section. Cycle hoops manufactured from 48.3mm mild steel tube.
